By downloading, installing, or using any application or service operated by Zenny Days ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Zenny Days develops and operates mobile applications, web applications, and related digital services. These terms apply to all of our applications and services, including any updates or new features.

3. Accounts and Authentication

Some of our services require you to create an account or sign in using a third-party authentication provider (such as Google or Apple). When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and authentication methods
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our applications offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases. These transactions are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other platform payment systems.

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) according to the plan you select
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the app store through which you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price

5. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our applications or services

6. User Content

Our applications may allow you to create, store, or share content. You retain ownership of any content you create. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide and improve the services.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create or share does not violate applicable laws or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

8. Data and Local Storage

Some of our applications store data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, uninstallation of the app, or other circumstances outside our control.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenny Days shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes (such as through an in-app notice). Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
